If this works out, we are pitching to take this concept on the road. Featuring local bands is rewarding, good exposure and just plain fun. We've been shown more appreciation than we deserve, if it weren't for Lone Star Beer, we couldn't bring exposure to these amazing local acts.
The moment we finished our last Forest Lane Cruise we knew we would be doing this a couple of times a year. We are still working with Lone Star Beer and have attracted a few new sponsors for this event.
The first show we had around 3,000 people (according to the Dallas Observer) and if we simply match that last number, we'll be happy as hell. But we suspect it's going to only get larger.
